All Monroe County School volunteers working on the campus of
Vonore Elementary School are required to complete a background
check. The charge of $37 for this process is paid by the volunteer.

New Adopt-a-Class volunteers are requested to print this form, provide
the requested information, and mail to the address on the form.
Adopt-a-Class requests all volunteers to wear a personalized name
badge when volunteering at a school, booth, or any Adopt-a-Class
event. Please print and complete the attached form and mail with a
check for $10 payable to “Adopt-a-Class.” The mailing address is
included on the form.
Authorized Adopt-a-Class members may submit receipts to the Treasurer for reimbursement from Adopt-a-Class funds. Expenses
must be approved in advance by the director. Please print this
form and mail with receipts to the address included on the form.
This form may be used by mathematics and science teachers at our supported schools. Completed applications must be approved by the school principal before submission to Adopt-a-Class.
The success of our classroom volunteer program is dependent on these guidelines. All participants should thoroughly review this information, and address any questions to team leaders or the Adopt-a-Class director.
